Williams Architects led the renovation of this historic residential two-story building in the French Quarter which also includes a courtyard and adjoining service building. The scope included a partial demolition of sections of the main building at the rear elevations due to deterioration and water damage. Design and construction were completed for a new kitchen layout on the first floor of the main building as well as new bedroom/bathroom layouts on the second floor. Williams Architects closely coordinated the new design with the Vieux Carre Commission to preserve the architectural history and details of the residence.
