This architectural gem, rooted in history since its construction in 1837 as part of a quartet of sister structures, weathered decades of neglect and insensitive 1940s alterations. Our meticulous approach encompassed a comprehensive overhaul, featuring the meticulous restructuring of wood stairs and balconies. Every facet was considered, from the seamless integration of historic doors and ornate hardware to the graceful bluestone pavers that now adorn the passageway and courtyard, replacing aged concrete slabs. Previously divided into nine apartments, this cherished piece of history has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur. This journey encapsulates our profound passion for preservation, ensuring a vibrant and enduring future for this revered landmark.
