This quintessentially French Quarter structure built in 1795 has been home to the world-renowned Brennan’s since 1954. Our revitalization of this staple of the New Orleans dining landscape, a favorite for both locals and visitors for decades, had to preserve and maintain the authenticity of the original Brennan’s. From the bright and bold Trellis Room, to the stylish bar, to the classically decorated upstairs private dining rooms, our comprehensive renovation included the entire interior, exterior and the wine cellar. Transforming such an iconic space called for our unique approach and our well-regarded ability to navigate the Historic Tax Credit process while staying within the guidelines of the Vieux Carré Commission.
