AREA
Our renovation of this existing steel and masonry, single story, historic structure at the corner of Apple and Dante Streets provided the owner with a contemporary space for an age old practice. Blighted at the start of renovations, but previously used as a Knights of Columbus hall and neighborhood restaurant, our renovations to the space converted it for use as a walk-in retail and wholesale bakery. Our scope of work included new partitions, interior finishes, windows, doors, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Our vibrant transformation contributed to the pioneering efforts of the owner in supplying local restaurants and markets with made in-house stone mills flour and the production of artisan bread.
